After 7 years of running HTK BBQ- Global Fusion, Chef DavieG has returned with a focus on Asian fusion, playing with new and invigorating new dishes, while still respecting the past and ensuing quality cuisine.
Located at One Day Bar in Waco; with their craft cocktails, beers, and spirits it won’t be hard to find a perfect pairing with your meal.
Our Story
History
Studied culinary arts at TSTC Waco. Trained under Chef Alto in Melbourne Australia. Managed Southern Roots Brewing. Opened and Operated HTK BBQ for 7 years in Waco Texas.
